Ingredients: 2 eggs 8 ounces creamed corn 8 ounces canned kernel corn -- drained 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup butter -- melted 1 package corn muffin mix 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese -- grated
Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish. Combine all ingredients except cheese and spread in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake 15 minutes more. Important: SERVE IMMEDIATELY!
