Since my retirement from the News and
Observer five years ago, I have had many fun jobs in Raleigh, NC. I am
currently working three to four days a week as a Legislative Assistant for
the Representative from Winston-Salem at the North Carolina General
Assembly. It is quite challenging and lots of fun.
My husband and I enjoying traveling. We have just
returned from a trip to Belgium and the Netherlands. I am also enjoying
being a Grandmother with our one and only grandchild, Chase. |

I am living in Hillsborough and also have
a home in Clarksville, Va. on the lake. I have two daughters and two
grandchildren. My husband is retired and we spend our time traveling,
remodeling and decorating houses, and collecting. The first weekend in June
every year, I have a mini reunion with some high school buddies and their
husbands at the lake (and of course Tony Chapin...fun times). |
