UNC rolls over Kennesaw State 89-44 in return to Carmichael.
The
Tar Heels were happy to play at home on Tuesday. They also practiced
some inside pass plays and worked on some different rotations while
staying comfortably in front of a short handed KSU. View the recap at
the UNCAA web site
here.
This recap also contains links to multiple photo galleries and video of
the post game press conference where Coach Hatchell shares some in-site
on the renovation progress. Also check out the article “Home Sweet Home”
by Lauren Brownlow
here.
Other
media coverage includes the Raleigh News and Observer

last but certainly not least, view more GREAT photos from our Bob

A
request from the UNCAA and the THTT Outreach Committee
The Marketing
and Promotions Office of UNCAA has asked Tar Heel Team Tempo to help
identify and encourage groups that would be interested in group,
discount purchases of individual game tickets. We have starter lists of
Middle/Elementary schools and of Retirement Communities to visit.
There are
at least two ways you might help this project:
1) Identify
groups with which you are familiar that might be interested in attending
games and
2) Volunteer
your time to deliver materials promoting group sales to interested
groups.

Top 25 Polls
UNC sticks to the #7 spot in
both polls. With so few games over the holiday week, there are few
changes anywhere in this weeks rankings. Other ACC teams in the top 25
include Duke (#8/9), Florida State (#12/11), Virginia (#23/21), and
Georgia Tech (#24/NR). Maryland and Miami (FL) are also receiving
votes. See the full listing

TEMPO TALK |

Where is Team Tempo?
Everyone deserves a holiday
and time with family, even volunteers. Never fear, Team Tempo committee
reports will resume next week. Meanwhile look in the lobby of
Carmichael this week for the elves – er – volunteers distributing the
Season Ticket Holder T-shirts.
Every volunteer organization
needs more volunteers. The Blast tries to highlight specific needs but
anyone can click
here
to review the Tar Heel Team Tempo mission statement, committee
descriptions, and find contact information for volunteering your time.
