Location:

42°34' N, 8°59' W: One of our favorite anchorages

Anchorages:

East of the marina entrance near swimming area leaving a wide channel for marina traffic in 20 feet of sand; good holding; rode out a two day gale here

Marinas:

Club Nautico Deportivo de Riveira, Plaza da Lonxa s/n, Apartado 1111, 15960 Riveira, A Coruna, Spain; VHF 09; has area on outermost floating dock for dinghy; paid one day's dockage for water and garbage

Cruiser Amenities:

	Tourist Office on quay in town
	Haley supermarket close to marina
	All marine service and supplies: this is a major commercial fishing harbor
	Outboard gas in commercial harbor
	Ride dinghy into inner commercial harbor for tourist office, bus station, and great restaurants
	Order the grilled fish plate for two at Villagarcia across from the bus station

Transportation:

	Bus station to everywhere, ie Santiago or La Coruna
	City buses
	Taxis
